Consecration of Bishop Matthew Heyd

Br. Luc is back from his family visit in Kenya. It is good to have him back home. Br. Francis was on a family visit in Florida this week. Br. Aidan was on retreat at Mepkin Abbey, South Carolina. Br. Robert Leo was on vacation in Canada.

On Thursday, we celebrated the feast of the Ascension. Br. Josép preached. You can always find the text and audio of our sermons on our semons blog. The sermon usually goes up on the blog on the day it is preached (Thank You, Br. Randy).

The Rt. Rev. Matthew Heyd was ordained and consecrated bishop coadjutor of New York. Six of our Brothers went to New York City on Saturday to celebrate this blessed and happy occasion.

You can find out more about our Diocese's new bishop adjutor on the Episcopal News Service's page about his ordination and consecration.
